Kathy joined UCSB in 1995 and after 18 years of serving the campus as a Compensation Analyst, she was hired as the Director of Compensation.
Supports the Compensation, Employee & Labor Relations and Administrative Units in Human Resources.
Debbie came to UCSB after having a long and dedicated career providing a variety of human resources and administrative services at ITT Technical Institute. She now provides administrative support to the Compensation unit, HR Administration and Employee & Labor Relations.

John joined the UCSB Human Resources team in 2017 as an Employment Representative and after serving as a recruiter for a year and a half, he was hired as a Compensation Analyst.
