RE: Management Skills Assessment Program, MSAP; Spring 2023 Applications Due by 1/4/23
Human Resources, Training & Development is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the Spring 2023 (April 10-13) Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) at Lake Arrowhead. MSAP enables participants to identify managerial strengths, determine areas for improvement, learn about the range of skills necessary for effective management, and practice them in a supportive environment.
Program Overview:
This program, conducted in conjunction with other UC campuses, is designed to assess the management skill of high-potential, early-career UC supervisors, managers, and professionals for future leadership opportunities within their UC environment. Two (2) employees will be selected to attend the program this spring. The cost to participate in the program is $1900/per person. Please ensure you have supervisor approval before applying, as the application requires input from your supervisor.
Online Application:
Completed applications must be submitted online by Wednesday, January 4th at 4:00 PM, with final selections scheduled for Wednesday, January 11th, 2023. Candidates must submit an online application for consideration. Candidates can find the assessee application and additional program information (complete with applicant and supervisor components) at http://msap.ucr.edu/.

If you have applied for the Management Skills Assessment Program in the past and you wish to be considered for 2023, you will need to resubmit a new application.
