Are you needing more emotional balance? Studies have shown singing bowls and breathwork significantly reduce anxiety and depression. Several cultures have used sound as a form of healing and creating emotional wellness. This workshop will focus on finding stillness through breath and sound meditation to improve psychological well-being. Join us for a 40-minute in person experiential sound healing workshop geared towards finding emotional balance.
*Space limited to 25 people. Please give us a 24hr cancellation notice so that we may give the spot to the next person on the waitlist.
*Please bring something comfortable to sit on. Limited chairs available. Feel welcome to wear a mask if you wish.
