This confidential therapy group will offer a reflective space to discuss how we can find meaning and fulfillment in our personal and professional lives. Together we will explore ways to connect to the excitement we once felt that inspired us to be part of the campus community. We will discuss ways we can move toward a brighter future, while fostering satisfaction, connection, and positive feelings.
This confidential therapy group will meet weekly between February 4 to March 11. This is a closed group, so space is limited. Group members are asked to attend a half-hour pre-group screen and commit to attending all six sessions.
