The following information about health benefits and retirement for new or newly eligible employees will now be included in offer letters for staff and most appointment letters for academic employees (except postdocs):

To enroll in benefits, log into the UCPath Center >Health and Welfare> Enroll in Benefits or call 855-982-7284 for assistance. For additional information and resources regarding your health and welfare options please visit the Compensation and Benefits page on UCnet.
We encourage you to update your onboarding checklists and communications to new employees with the above information. Human Resources Benefits will no longer be sending a separate communication to new employees about benefits or retirement.
The Human Resources Benefits website has been updated with an Initial Benefits Eligibility Chart for staff and academic employees (except postdocs) that hiring departments can consult, if needed.
