Are you finding yourself worried and consumed by your thoughts? Has it been difficult to connect to joy in your life? Studies have shown singing bowls and breathwork significantly reduce anxiety and depression. This workshop will focus on slowing down and finding stillness through breath and sound meditation to improve psychological well-being. Join us for this 20-minute experiential workshop geared towards elevating our mood.
