RE: Additional Resources for Remote/Hybrid Staff Positions
Human Resources is excited to announce additional resources to support remote/hybrid work arrangements. The Remote/Hybrid Work Agreement for staff positions is now available on the Human Resources Flexible Work Arrangements webpage. The manager or supervisor should complete this form after a thorough position assessment and discussion of the request for a remote or hybrid work arrangement.
Managers and Supervisors may wish to utilize the Empowering Toolkit: Empowering Managers + Supervisors of Remote/Hybrid Teams as you plan for the upcoming fall quarter and a potentially hybrid workforce.
If you did not get a chance to attend an empowerment session for the UCSB Remote/Hybrid Employee Proposal, or the Supervisor/Manager Assessment, recordings can be found on the Flexible Work Arrangements webpage.
