RE: Open Enrollment is Coming!

With Open Enrollment fast approaching, we want to be sure all staff and faculty receive the information they need to make decisions about their benefits.  Human Resources relies on you to pass on information to your employees so this may be a good time to update your internal department email distribution lists and encourage your employees to review their contact information on UCPath to ensure the information is correct.

Please contact Debbie Hudgens at Debbie.Hudgens@hr.ucsb.edu  if you are no longer the Departmental Benefits Representative (DBR) for your department and, if you know, who has assumed this role.

The schedule for the DBR Open Enrollment training (via Zoom) will be announced soon.   Included in the training will be information about the systemwide virtual Benefits Fair, UCPath webinar, communications and our own local presentations (virtual).   

The Open Enrollment period will begin October 29^th (8am) to November 24, 2020 (5pm)
