Lynda.com upgrade to LinkedIn Learning this week

RE: Lynda.com upgrade to LinkedIn Learning this week

UC Santa Barbara Human Resources is excited to announce that our Lynda.com campus subscription is being upgraded to LinkedIn Learning.* Once the upgrade is complete, you will receive an email generated by LinkedIn Learning to activate your existing account. To enable, follow the link provided in the email.

The system-wide upgrade is scheduled for Monday, September 9, 2019, at which time you will no longer be able to access Lynda.com. All of your completed and in-progress learning activity and history will be seamlessly transferred to LinkedIn Learning on your behalf.

When activating your LinkedIn Learning account, it will be completely optional to connect a LinkedIn profile to your LinkedIn Learning account. If you don’t have a LinkedIn profile, you can easily create one, and if desired, also connect it to your LinkedIn Learning account.
