RE:        2020 Open Enrollment Briefing

Please join us for our annual Open Enrollment briefing for Department Benefits Representatives.  The Employee Services staff will present highlights for the 2020 health and welfare plans and introduce some new supplemental plans. We will share the many resources and online tools available to help employees make decisions about their benefits options and who they should contact for questions. We will also review the roles and responsibilities for the DBRs, HR/Employee Services staff and UCPath Center.

The Open Enrollment period will begin October 31 and ends November 26 at 5 p.m.

The Open Enrollment booklets will be mailed out on Oct. 25th and the Open Enrollment website will launch on UCnet on October 28th.

Please pre-register for one of these sessions in the UC Learning Center.

Log into the UC Learning Center and search "Open Enrollment".  Select and register for the session you wish to attend.
