RE:      Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) - Call for Applications Spring 2018

Human Resources, Training & Development is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for the Spring 2018 (April 23-26) Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) at Lake Arrowhead.  MSAP enables participants to identify managerial strengths, determine areas for improvement, learn about the range of skills necessary for effective management, and practice them in a supporting environment.

This program, conducted in conjunction with other UC campuses, is designed to assess the management skill of high potential, early career UC supervisors, managers, and professionals for future leadership opportunities within their UC environment.

Please note that a new application is required for each program session.  Additional program information including the online MSAP application (with its applicant and supervisor components), can be found at http://msap.ucr.edu/.  Completed applications must be submitted online by Friday, January 19th at 5:00pm, and final selections will be made by Wednesday, January 24th.

Please note that the fee for MSAP has increased to $1,450 per participant.
