End of CX PPS Freeze

RE: End of CX 3% Across-the-Board PPS FREEZE

The EDB Update for the CX 3% across-the-board was completed Thursday, June 14,
2018. The EDB freeze is over for CX employees. Now that the EDB update is complete,
please take a moment to verify that

• 1. All CX employees in your department were included; and
• 2. The pay rates were updated appropriately for your employees in the EDB.
