Living Well

Our theme, Living Well by Making Wellness a Priority, brings together many exciting resources from the community and UCSB. Experience more than 30 exhibitors in the Corwin Pavilion. There will be drawings and many giveaways.

The UCSB Wellness Fair is designed to promote healthy eating, physical activity, stress management,disease prevention, and increase awareness of UC Health Plans. We hope you enjoy the day.

As you navigate the site you will learn more about the exhibitors and your chances to win drawing prizes.

This free event is the collaboration of the Work/Life Office, Health Care Facilitator Program, Academic & Staff Assistance Program (ASAP), Housing and Residential Services, Staff Assembly, Vocational Rehabilitation Program and Business Services’ Injury Reduction Program.

Drawings

In honor of National Work and Family Month, the UCSB Wellness Program is encouraging the UCSB "family" to practice healthy habits. Complete a "Bingo" (vertical, horizontal, diagonal) and earn an additional chance to win a prize at the Wellness Fair on November 6, 2008 in the UCen Corwin Pavilion.

You do not need to be present to win. The Deadline for Completion and Submission is  11/6/2008 at 2:30 pm.

All activities listed on this BINGO card can be done alone, with friends, family, or a UCSB co-worker!

Remember to bring your post card invitation to the Wellness Fair for another chance at a drawing.
