RE: UCSB Salary Scales & Title Code System (TCS)
We are pleased to announce Human Resources' revised web site for salary scales and title code information, located at:
http://hr.ucsb.edu/ss/
We are introducing the UC Title-Code-System (TCS) that can be accessed from the above site. This system is intended to replace our locally created staff salary scales, which will be discontinued on July 1, 2008. At the above site, we will continue to provide a downloadable Excel file with salary scales for all staff titles. Archived data will continue to be available, too.
We strongly recommend visiting the site now to check out all the information there! It's very important to first view the short "Navigation Tutorial" found at the web site, before using the online Title-Code-System. The tutorial contains some essential tips to ensure that you select accurate pay rates for employees.
