SUBJECT: "It's About Time!" - ADDITIONAL Staff Time Policy Workshops
For those who could not attend our three time policy workshops last week, we are offering two additional workshops next week:
Monday, March 31, 9:00 - 11:00 am
Thursday, April 3, 2:00 - 4:00 pm
These will be held in the Human Resources Learning Center (SAASB 3101).
The content will be the same as in the original workshops--Staff policy issues about time such as overtime, travel time, work time vs. paid time, and more. How to calculate paid leave earned for a partial month. Who's eligible to earn vacation, and how much. The rules for holiday eligibility and pay. "Straight" vs. "premium" overtime.
We'll look at definitions, eligibility rules, calculation formulas and campus practice on a wide range of time-related topics. This workshop is intended for office managers and PPS users who are interested in a refresher course on understanding and applying policy to Staff time reporting.
Seating is on a first-come basis and reservations are not required. Hope to see you there!
