To PPS Preparers and Reviewers:
The Web Merit process is finished and the PPS freeze for merit-eligible RX and TX Staff employees is now lifted. For these employees, it is now OK to:
- Inform them of their merit increases
- Process EDB actions
Please take this time to verify that the merit data has been updated appropriately for your employees in the EDB, thanks.
NOTE ON TIME REPORTING: Although the new rates are displayed in the EDB, they are NOT yet available in the Time Reporting system. Please hold off reporting (positive) January time on these employees until the new rates are displayed on your department roster, which will occur in the next day or so.
Please make any needed adjustments in the EDB by the 1/24/08 deadline for the 2/1/08 paycheck.
