To: Web Merit Processors
The Preliminary merit rosters for RX and TX staff employees are now
open for department review (status=D). These cycles are named
RXJAN2008 and TXJAN2008 in the web merit system. Please verify that
you have the correct population on the rosters. Remember that no
entry takes place until Thursday, January 10th.
Also note (from earlier email) that we are asking you to do an
important check on your rosters, to ensure that Final roster input
will work correctly:
When reviewing your roster, please check the current rate and step
fields on each employee. The web merit system requires these fields
to be both present and accurate. If someone is missing from the
roster, it may be because there are no distributions in PPS for 2008.
Corrections can be made in PPS during this preliminary stage in order
to be picked up on the Final roster.
