OACIS users,
Compensation will be holding OACIS training on Thursday, August 13th from 1:30 to 3:30 in the Learning Center of Human Resources.  This class will cover:

How to enter a new Job Description
How to submit reclassification request
General OACIS navigation
Common Problems & Scenarios
Other Helpful OACIS Resources

To register for this class please use the new UC Learning Center (UCLC). Here are some instructions to help you get started:

1.  Open  either Internet Explorer 6.0 and above, or Firefox 2.0.  If you do not have one of these versions on your computer, please download it.

2.  DISABLE the POP UP BLOCKER.  Go to Tools/Pop Up Blocker/Turn Off Pop Up Blocker.

3.  Login to the Learning Center using your UCSBnetID and password:
http://learningcenter.ucsb.edu

4.  In the Catalog Search box to the left, search for 'OACIS'.

5.  Once the search results are displayed, click on 'Register' to the left of the OACIS class.

6.  Complete the registration request for this class.
