The following information is for your consideration and review.
Furlough Implementation Training
As previously announced, workshops are being held to provide instruction regarding implementation of the various elements of the Furlough Program. The last session will be held Monday, September 21st from 1-3pm in the College of Engineering-Large Conference Room, ESB room 1001.

As a reminder, information related to the Furlough/Salary Reduction plan may be found at:

Recent additions to the site include the power-point presentation from the above mentioned training, and a Q & A document from Office of the President related to contract and grants. Please check back at this site regularly for updated information.
Partial year FEP
The office of the President has issued an addendum to the Furlough Exchange Program (FEP). The addendum will allow partial year participation in the FEP as outlined in the Salary Exchange Program (FEP) Addendum dated September 11, 2009. This document is available on the Academic Personnel web site at:

Revisions to the Instructions for the Furlough Exchange Program and Sponsored Projects Guidance documents as well as a new Partial Year FEP Request Form are also now available on the web site. Deadlines for submission of requests to participate in the Partial Year program are as follows:
November 13, 2009 for Winter quarter or Winter/Spring quarter participation
March 12, 2010 for Spring quarter participation
