RE: Management Skills Assessment Program - Call for Assessee Applications

Human Resources, Training & Development, is now accepting applications for
Assessees for the Fall 2009 Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) at Lake Arrowhead, October 13-15, 2009. This University-wide management
development program has recently been redesigned and is now being offered
as a three-day program instead of a four-day program. The revised MSAP
program is designed to strengthen the engagement and preparation of
high-potential UC supervisors, managers, and professionals. These
individuals will be provided with opportunities to have their current
management skills assessed against UC competencies, participate in
simulated management activities, interact with other UC program
participants, and receive objective feedback from UC managers on observed
strengths and development areas.

http://msap.ucr.edu. The Assessee application deadline is Wednesday,
August 12, 2009, and final selections will be made by Wednesday, August 19,
2009.

Experienced managers at PSS IV or higher with coaching experience and a
strong commitment to employee development and/or prior participation as
MSAP Assessees are invited to serve as Assessors for the October program
