The Office of Human Resources recognizes the emerging issues that UCSB staff are coping with as a result of campus budget cuts and the economic uncertainties of the University of California and the State of California. To help address staff concerns and respond to critical issues, Human Resources is offering a variety of noon-time workshops for all staff and one course for managers and supervisors.
