RE: MSAP: Call For Assessee Applications
Human Resources, Training & Development, is now accepting applications
for the Spring 2008 Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) that
will be held at Lake Arrowhead from April 15-18. MSAP is a four-day
University-wide management development program that gives assessees
opportunities to demonstrate their management skills and receive
feedback on their performance from University managers. The deadline
for submitting assessee applications to Training & Development c/o
Melissa Bergem is Friday March 7, 2008.
Assessee application packets should include all of the following:
1.) Statement of Purpose (to be completed by Supervisor and
Nominee)
2.) MSAP Assessee Information Form (to be completed by Nominee)
3.) Tell us About Yourself Form (to be completed by Nominee)
While the role of Assessor continues to play a critical function in the
success of MSAP by providing behavioral feedback to assessees, all of
the Assessor positions have already been filled for the Spring 2008
event. If you are a Manager who is interested in serving as an assessor
backup or are interested in participating in future programs please
visit the MSAP website and/or send an email to
