RE: UC/AFSCME Negotiations
UC and AFSCME have been bargaining for several months in an attempt to
reach a new contract for employees in the systemwide AFSCME Service
(SX) Unit. UC and AFSCME bargaining teams met yesterday and were not
able to reach an agreement for a new contract, nor did the parties
reach an agreement to extend the current contract, which expires today.
