When Change Happens: Transitioning Through Chaos to Meaning
Friday, August 21, 2009, 12:00-1:00pm
Human Resources Learning Center
When you face a significant change at work or in your personal life, it is normal to feel loss, disorientation and a sense of being out of control. You may experience change as a high wall or abyss that prevents you from moving forward. You may feel trapped and helpless. However, there is hope. Hope can be found in discovering your path of transition, your process for coming to terms with change. Drawing from the work of William Bridges, noted expert on change and transition, we will explore the three phases of Ending, the Neutral Zone and New Beginning. Please bring your stories and a sense of adventure. No registration required.
