and unexpected incapacity. Learn about legal documents that focus on
preserving autonomy and protecting assets from depletion due to the
costs of nursing home care. This workshop will cover Living Trusts,
Durable Powers of Attorney and Advance Directive for Health Care.

One in three adults in the United States suffers from some form of
arthritis. The more common osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis have
different causes, risk factors and effects on the body but share the
common symptoms of joint pain, stiffness and, in severe cases,
debilitating function. Learn the causes and manifestations of this
disease, preventative measures, treatment, and how sufferers may
improve their quality of life.
