Effective May 23, 2005, UCSB rolled out OACIS (Online Application and Classification Information System)! Supervisors & Managers can use the new system to create new job descriptions, update employee job descriptions and submit reclassification requests. Paper job description forms and reclassification requests are no longer accepted.Departments were invited to attend one of 23 training sessions during the month of March 2005.
