While almost 90% of jobs that are formally submitted for reclassification review are upwardly reclassed (check out our Reclassification Facts!), there are many jobs on campus that are appropriately classified at their current level. It is understandable that over time, people might grow and gain new skills within their current position and be ready to take a step to a new level of responsibility, but their job is not.
