2007 Monthly Rates for Benefits
- Postdoctoral Scholar - Employee (Title Code 3252): If a Postdoctoral Scholar chooses to enroll in the PPO medical plan and/or the voluntary Long-Term Disability plan, the Postdoctoral Scholar's contribution will be deducted from his/her paycheck.
- Postdoctoral Scholar - Fellow (Title Code 3253): Postdoctoral Scholars must submit payment for any portion of the insurance premiums not paid by the postdoctoral scholar's department. Postdocs in this category should discuss with their departmental administrative staff and faculty mentors the amount of their benefit costs to be paid by departmentally-administered funds. The Postdoctoral Scholar will receive a Billing/Insurance Continuation request from the Postdoctoral Scholar Benefits Coordinator to pay any outstanding costs.
- Postdoctoral Scholar - Paid Direct (Title Code 3254): Postdoctoral Scholars must submit payment for any portion of the insurance premiums not paid by the postdoctoral scholar's department. Postdocs in this category should discuss with their departmental administrative staff and faculty mentors the amount of their benefit costs to be paid by departmentally-administered funds.
